Tri Valley Car Care has served Livermore and the surrounding area since 1977, and our smog center is here for all of your smog testing needs. As a family-owned, STAR-certified station, we handle everything from routine biennial renewals to STAR-directed inspections, change-of-ownership and out-of-state registrations, and specialty vehicles other stations turn away.
